How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For custom or made-to-order pieces, please allow 2-3 weeks for production before shipment.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, every purchase comes with a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not include coverage for lost items, normal wear and tear, or improper care.
How can I find my correct ring size?
We provide a comprehensive sizing guide on our website. Alternatively, you can request a complimentary physical ring sizer be mailed to you to ensure a perfect fit.
